NESHCo 2026 Annual Conference

David Means has been a Certified Massage Therapist for over twenty years with an emphasis on deep tissue and sports massage.  He completed his two-year, 700 hour, training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2004.  David is also a Certified Personal Training and co-owner of a local personal training studio.
